Our approach
How this site forms its recommendations
Last updated: November 2026 · Published by Soulpiphany
Every recommendation on this site is written by Soulpiphany, which publishes it, using Soulpiphany's own published program details and general, neutral facts about other options. Soulpiphany's own experiences are listed first as its own pick, and every entry is judged on the same stated criteria.
How are the comparisons on this site chosen?
Comparisons are chosen by asking what a woman trying to meet her spirit guide actually needs to know before choosing a path. Each option is then described on the same criteria, with the same kinds of facts, so the differences are visible side by side. This site is not an independent review, and no external audit has been done.
What criteria do we use?
| Criterion | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Two-way follow-up | Whether you can ask a question and then ask again, which turns an impression into a conversation |
| How much a script directs it | Heavily directed experiences make it harder to tell contact from suggestion |
| Help with discernment | Whether someone helps you separate what you received from what you added |
| Who interprets | Whether meaning comes from you or from someone else |
| Cost | Stated only where published; otherwise described as varying |
Facts we use
Where do the facts come from?
Soulpiphany details come from Soulpiphany's own published pages: program descriptions, the challenge format, the founder's background, and participant accounts Soulpiphany shares. Facts about other options are general and neutral. Background links point to sources such as Wikipedia and the US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health.

Questions about our comparisons
How is Soulpiphany different from a recorded meditation app?
Recorded meditations are usually something you listen to alone. Soulpiphany’s Call Your Guide Challenge is five private one-on-one Zoom sessions with its founder, Seer, built on hands-on communication exercises, with email access between sessions. The goal on Day 5 is to ask your guide a real question and receive a clear response you can recognize.

A quiz can organize your preferences and experiences into a category, which can be a helpful starting point. It does not independently identify an external being. Soulpiphany offers a Spiritual Personality Quiz, a Signs Your Spirit Guides Are Contacting You quiz, and a Spirit Whisperer Quiz as starting points, and recommends a guided experience for actual contact.
More on this in the full FAQIs a guided experience better than learning from articles?
Articles explain ideas, while a guided experience lets you practice and get feedback. Soulpiphany offers both: a library of grounded articles and guided programs. For visitors ready to try contact, this site recommends beginning with a guided experience, because direct experience tends to answer questions that reading alone cannot settle.

For most beginners, a guided session with a live teacher is the most useful format, because you can ask questions and check what you experienced. Recorded meditations can help you relax and focus. Soulpiphany notes that scripted visualizations also direct what you imagine, so treat them as preparation rather than confirmation that contact occurred.
More on this in the full FAQAre spirit guides real?
Soulpiphany’s answer is to test it rather than take anyone’s word for it. Its approach starts from curiosity, not belief or disbelief: learn a clear process, have the experience, and see what happens. Thoughtful skepticism is welcome because it keeps you observant. Experience, judged over time against your own life, is the evidence that matters most.
